1. Completed Express Application
2. Cover letter explaining reason for funding
3. Personal financial statement
4. Last 2 years personal tax returns (complete copies)
5. Last 2 years business tax returns (complete copies)
6. Current business financial statement and/or projection on new business
7. Resume on all key principals
8. Business Plan
